Home-Based Recovery Program
This program brings our comprehensive services directly to you, providing expert care in the comfort and privacy of your home or any preferred location within the same city. You will receive:
- Dedicated Counselor: A one-on-one counselor who is both experienced and highly qualified.
- Comprehensive Assessment & Planning:
- Initial screening, assessment, and testing for stages of change and quality of life are conducted by our certified counselors using valid instruments.
- A personalized treatment plan is developed based on your specific needs, using the SMART framework.
- Satu Nusa Holistic Therapy® & Individualized Therapy:
- Satu Nusa Holistic Therapy® sessions, including fully structured daily activities.
- Individual counseling using Recovery Coach and SWOT Analysis techniques (12 sessions per month).
- Educational & Group Sessions:
- Scheduled educational sessions (12 per month) to build essential life skills.
- Dynamic group sessions (4 per month) to provide peer support and shared learning.
- Family Support: Family therapy sessions (4 per month) to support your recovery within your family system.
- Program Management: Includes one random urine test per month.
