Holistic Therapy
A holistic approach means looking at something as a whole, not partial or separate. On the basis of this statement, over time, a holistic approach was developed and is based on an alternative therapy called holistic therapy or commonly called Holistic Psychotherapy. This therapy is a body-centered, integrative method of psychotherapy that combines traditional and non-traditional treatments.
The goal of holistic therapy is to help clients recognize and manage the symptoms they are experiencing. The strategy built is also useful so that clients become more aware and know themselves better. That way, the relationship between the body and mind can be aligned so that symptoms of mental disorders to alcohol or narcotics can be managed properly.
